When Leigh is not busy landing deals for her clients, she enjoys traveling with her Lifetime Partner, Ronald who she credits for encouraging her to pursue Real Estate as a Family Business. Leigh also finds it important to begin her day with prayer & meditation. These moments allow Leigh to reset herself and reflect after a long day working hard for her clients. It’s a mindset that developed in her role as a Former Public School Educator & Administrator, she remains committed to helping others meet their goals. Currently, Leigh is a Certified Real Estate Probate Specialist.

Leigh was raised in Inglewood, California by an amazingly gifted, highly intelligent & incredibly supportive mother, Sharon Makini Holland along with her younger brother, Thomas “Tommy” Holland, who never stops reminding Leigh of his “Unconditional Love & Support” for his”lil” Big Sis! Both Leigh & Thomas were raised with a strong work ethic that to strive for success -you have to work hard & understand that “Nothing in Life is Free.”

Leigh works hard to ensure her clients meet their real estate needs. Her knowledge & experience of working through the challenges of probating real estate comes from personal involvement with members of her own family & her understanding that during the loss of loved ones the importance of moving towards the “Next Steps” in handling Family Estate Business becomes crucial. Leigh’s attention to time-sensitive matters faced with an already emotional and often stressful event provides her clients with the support they need to make difficult decisions.
